A Little About ME!

I just turned 21 in July. I got married in June 2010 to my husband Eric. It's hard to be married and constant work. I love my husband dearly no matter what we're dealing with though. We have on child, a little boy born in August 2011. He's going to be 2 next week and I cannot believe how big he's gotten. We moved from Colorado to Indiana. I'm from Colorado and my husband is from Indiana.
Why did I pick the name Jekyll and Hyde Photography? That's how I feel personally. Not about my pictures or anything like that, but my moods. I have Bipolar 2 disorder and that is something I live with daily. I'm not always happy and I'm not always feeling down. My moods bounce back and forth when I'm not working on controlling them. Some months or days even I feel depressed and down about everything and others it's like a switch has been flipped and I'm very happy and energized. Hope that explains it for ya.
So far this is just something I do for me. I do want to become a professional photographer and hope I will reach my goals soon. I love taking photos with my film camera, there's just something about hearing the film go when you take a picture. I do like digital cameras as well. Right now I only have a film camera so digital pictures are usually done by my phone. I do have a small digital camera hiding somewhere in my house but it's just a small pocket one. Hopefully this gives you some information about myself and my little blog.

Fall of 2012

All of these were taken on the Arkansas River Walk in Canon City, CO. These were also taken by a phone.

This one has my husband in it, sort of.

Wedding photos from my sister's wedding.

These were actually taken from my phone. I think they turned out well for being taken from a phone. This was at November 1, 2012 (I'll have to ask her the exact date). Most are of my sister Berni, a few with her husband Michael, and one with my sister Jacquie.

This one is of both my sisters Berni and Jacquie.

This one has our mom in it but I was aiming more for Berni's face without zooming in.

Michael can really clean up nicely. Before this day he looked so different because he let his hair grow out and had a full beard. When I saw him after getting to the location I did not recognize him at all.
Berni's bouquet being held by our mom.
